ARMENIAN LIFE: Help for Artsakh Refugees

- This is the full length version of our trip to Areni to help Artsakhi refugees.
Through the kindness and generosity of several people who've donated money through our channel, Mrs Mitch was able to buy a lot of brand new childrens clothes and shoes; plus quilts and pillows for needy Artsakhi families currently located in Areni village.
We are continuing to take donations from anyone wanting to help these poor refugees. We will not pass on money, but instead buy essential items and deliver them in person to needy families.
HOW TO DONATE
Simply go to our channel page, click on "About" and then "Business Email"... be sure to do this on a regular computer or laptop, as Smartphones tend not to reveal the email. Please write me an email and I'll instruct you on how to send your donation via MoneyGram.

These interviews of what they have gone through is very important documentation for The Center for Truth and Justice as they need evidence of mistreatment and conditions under which they had to leave. I have heard that the Russian Peacekeepers were taking bribes from Armenians to pass on packages to their relatives in blockaded Artsakh, sometimes as high as $120 irrespective of the value of the content. Armenians needs to reveal such mistreatments. Thank you for all you do!

@lehmejoun...that's a nice offer, but we're only taking new items bought with money sent via donations to the channel. Actually, most charitable organizations won't take used clothing these days. Thanks for your kind offer though🙏

There are so many charities online. Do you know of a specific one that helps with housing? Fuller House for Armenia?

@@ArmenianLifewithMitchthank you. I feel paralyzed by indecision regarding which charity might help the Artsakhis integrate the most. And I don’t mean to cause a ruckus, but there are rumors of an invasion of the country proper. Are there contingency plans and routes for the civilians? Keep yourselves safe as well. I pray these are only rumors, but the world is distracted by Israel and Palestine.
@@NouraZahle ...You need to simply to trust God that the donation you send (to whatever charity you decide to use) will be put to good use. I can tell you one thing, after visiting a camp in Syunik, where there are around 45 children besides parents and grandparents, we've decided to send our future donations to them. The camp is organised by Syunik NGO and a couple of small overseas charities working together to help the refugees. These families have nowhere to go, so most of them will be staying in this summer camp for at least a year. As you can imagine, the food bill alone is enormous and they need to urgently 'winter-proof' the building. At the moment the 4 storey building needs a new, efficient heating system, which is going to cost a lot of money. Please watch our next video (probably out next Thursday) which will give you a much better idea of needs of the refugees and the NGO's which are doing a simply amazing job.
Regarding any future attacks, I cannot comment on, but all I know is...Armenia needs to be prepared like never before.

I just specifically wanted to send something for housing to help them feel integrated into Armenia, instead of being scattered to the four corners of the world like my ancestors were. Most of the stuff I saw was regarding food and hygiene kits. But better this than nothing. Thanks once more.
