Ana Popovic is a Serbian blues guitarist and singer who currently resides in the United States. She started playing guitar at the age of 15 and formed her first band, Hush, in 1995. She released her solo debut album, Hush!, in 2001 and has since recorded several albums that blend blues, rock, soul and jazz. She has also collaborated with artists such as Eric Burdon, Taj Mahal, Buddy Miles and Bernard Allison. She is known for her powerful vocals, fiery guitar playing and energetic live performances

She's an amazing guitarist...and he was not just duplicating her phrasing but transposing into a lower key for contrast...her playing is perfect.
Transposing / playing in a lower key is very common with live performances. I guess it saves the vocals and makes vocal mistakes less likely. I've really tuned in to this lowering the key for live performance. Rarely is live vocal performance in the same key as the studio version. This songs a little different, Stevie Wonder did the original I don't know if Ana Popovic is covering a different version of another vocalist. I as a guitar player was particularly drawn to her "right" hand, picking hand technique, while using a pick she looks like a Jazz guitar player. Unusual for blues, rock, guitarist IMO anyway. 😁

Tommy used to play drums in a band here in Oz called Gold Rush many, many years ago. His late brother Phil was lead guitarist for the band. Needless to say, they were rather a good band.

Ana Popovic habe ich bereits in den 90er Jahren in unser Stadt(Landau Pflaz) gesehen und war hin und weg,tolle Frau. Das sie mit Joe Bonamassa spielt zeigt mir,sie ist erfolgreich, authentisch .

I met Ana at the International Blues Competition in Memphis a few years ago. Very nice and funny. I love seeing her play.

It could be the spot from where the video was recorded. It might sound way different out in front of the PA speakers.
