- This is a meditation you can practice on a daily basis for inner calm, stillness and wellbeing. The meditation involves deep breathing and full body relaxation to help you calm and still your mind into a restoring spacious stillness.
If you find it difficult to breathe deeply for any reason just breathe as deeply as feels comfortable for you. So beautiful & relaxing. Love the constancy of the music. Something I love is seeing light filtering through tall trees which I find very soothing so sometimes I will just keep my eyes open & enjoy nature. Thanks for this!

Awesome!!!
Thank you so much for this. I actually bought all your meditations on Amazon but my account was hacked, phones stolen etc when I became homeless last year so I no longer have access to them. I'm on a mental ward full of noise. This just saved me - again! I recommended your medications to my old therapist. Your voice is so calm and soothing.
I'm so glad it's helpful @VilettaLeBeau. I think almost all of the Amazon track are on the channel so I hope you can find them all again. Sending my best wishes and hope the vidos continue to help

Thank you Caroline. I am in love with the sound of your voice, my favourite of all the meditation practitioners I’ve tried on CZcams. I wanted to support you so I’ve bought your Lucid Dreaming book, and I can’t wait to experiment with this whole new arena of experience. Keep up the great work. ❤

Caroline. do you have morning gratitude meditation or on these lines. Thank you. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I am learning how to meditate and finding it quite difficult. My mind tries to think up all kinds of things, or I doze off
That's so normal Cathy, don't worry at all! Posture can really help with staying awake if you keep your hips higher than your knees by sitting on a cushion and - if you sit supported - only support your lower back with a cushion and leave your upper back unsupported. It's definitely not the end of the of the world if you do fall asleep, most of us are hugely sleep deprived and it can be ok for the first few weeks or even months of a regular meditation practice to simply catch up on rest!
Let your mind think up whatever it wants to but - like a camera focussing - choose to focus on a place in your lower body like your lower belly or your heart centre. Imagine your thoughts just doing their thing on the very edges of your awareness blurring (like objects at the edges of a camera) and keep your focus zoomed in on your place notice the way the breath feels coming and going. If you wander back to your thoughts it's completely ok, each time just pull your focus back. If your mind wanders 100 times, but you come back to your focus 101 times, that's a completely successful meditation session! With time and practice you'll find little windows of time appear where you don't have to try so hard and your mind just naturally settles into a little stillness beneath those thoughts for a short while and those windows of time will gradually expand.
I'm sure you're doing great :)
