Water creates the most beautiful and peaceful sounds in the world. I remember laying next to the bath tub with my ear against the wall and I would meditate to the echoing sounds of the shower resembling the effects of a waterfall.
Water is truly peaceful and beautiful. Your comment is beautiful. Isn’t it wonderful so many of us love this? I thought I was the only one who laid next to the tub for most of my life. Love this community.
Growing up my older brother always took his bath or shower after mine; while I would lay in bed I would slowly fall asleep to the sound of it. This sound is not only extremely relaxing but also deeply nostalgic for me. It’s my favorite sound to fall asleep to.
Listening to someone else take a bath or shower was very relaxing. Takes me back to my childhood instantly. Sleep well, my friend.

This is the only thing that puts my baby to sleep. Wish it were longer so I could keep it running all night for her. Can't figure out how to get it to loop on my phone.

For those wanting longer version:
- Add video to new playlist (by itself in playlist)
- See list
- Extend list blade to view the video in playlist
- Select looping feature (square recycle)
You now have infinite loop.
There is an even easier way if you watch on a computer / laptop, just right click on the video and select "loop"

I love reading all the details from others bathtub journeys. It’s particularly interesting that so many of us liked being wrapped in a towel. It’s almost like being swaddled as a baby. Or sometimes you put a robe over your body. I usually curled up in a fetal position. Did you? Many times I sleep this way as well. Feels so safe and warm. I felt so good snuggled up next to the tub listening only to the sound of water coming out and hitting the tub. There was a special echoing sound this way. It may even be similar sound to those who listened on the other side of a wall when a family member took a bath. Anyway, It was as if I was in my own world feeling safe and at peace with everything. Every so often, water drops would hit my skin and give me goosebumps and tingles. I was never so happy. And, wondering if anyone ever reached out their hand to touch the cool tile floor to experience that sensation. Not sure why I did that unless it was just to add another layer of feeling something to the experience. Would be curious to know what you think. Also, I liked to reach in the tub sometimes and feel the warm water against my skin. I did that because I love the feel of water almost as much as the sound.
Then sometimes I would get in the tub at the end and feel the warm water envelop my body, giving me more goosebumps. Most of all I didn’t want the sound to end. I’m so grateful we gave ASMR video recordings now so we can go to sleep experiencing the watery wonders of our childhood.
