- UNDERTALE YELLOW, a fan-made prequel to the hit RPG “UNDERTALE”
When a child named Clover sets out on a mission, they find themselves deep within the Underground. In this foreign land, monsters lurk around every corner, but are they friend or foe?
In this full-length follow-up to the friendly RPG where nobody has to die, you decide how every encounter plays out, following the branching paths those decisions lead to. From unlikely allies to unlikely enemies, twists and turns will set Clover on a course towards an ultimate fate.
Undertale is a 2015 2D role-playing video game created by American indie developer Toby Fox. The player controls a child who has fallen into the Underground: a large, secluded region under the surface of the Earth, separated by a magical barrier.

IDK why this was released with comments turned off. Fixed.
omg hi :D finally another cool analysis!!!
how interesting that Clover makes the same mistake as Ceroba on the Vengeance Route
Yeah, it ends up with ceroba being right in the crusade run
Yes
H O W?
Judging Asgore for his murder of 5 children and killing your daughter by being a moron equivalent??
I love ceroba
I also love all the fanworks where we see kanako return due to almagamate shenanigans
Even if we dont see it at any point in the credits
Theres also clover resurrecting after pascifist, but that's more for martlet
This was an interesting video! Although Ceroba being stronger than Undyne is incorrect, in UTY if you talk to Ceroba during Steamworks she says that she actually wants to avoid Undyne which is another reason why she actually takes you through the Steamworks compared to Waterfall. So Undyne is canonically stronger than Ceroba. And to be honest, given the fact that UTY tries its best to blend into Undertale’s canon, it makes sense she’d be weaker in my opinion. Otherwise, great watch! Keep up the good work!
I'm not so sure about that. I think she was more worried about being discovered and losing Clover.
If the Royal Guard found out there was human down there, they'd try to capture/kill it and send it to Asgore.
She probably knows that Undyne is just very stubborn, so it'd be difficult to avoid her and keep Clover with her,
on top of the fact that the area is 'heavily patrolled', so she'd have a lot of backup looking for the 2 of them.
If it came down to a 1v1 between Ceroba and Undyne though, I think Ceroba has much better odds than you want to admit.
Like, come on... Ceroba has a bigger variety of attacks and several kinds of magic.
A big 1 being a Barrier that can reflect/block attacks.
Another can briefly hold you in place, if it touches you.
There's also the combo of cyan/orange type magic attacks.
Let us not forget she has a special 'red' magic, that _lowers your max hp_ for that fight.
So I think it's less that Undyne is simply stronger than her, but just that she wants to avoid a bunch of fights / a prolonged chase.
At least with the Bots, they're fine staying where they are and don't really care those 2 are running around the area.
The only 1 actively chasing them is Axis and that's because they trespassed in the Steamworks, once they're out he's unlikely to continue.

As a person who has also written a personal character analysis on Ceroba and considers her very close to my heart because of the way I relate to her loss and the way she tries to cope with her grief, this was pretty well done!
I loved that you analyzed her and saw her for who she is and not just resorted to calling her evil like I've seen some people do. She's a complex character and very emotionally distraught which leads her to making mistakes and acting on what she feels is right. I do wish however that you talked more about her optional dialogue in the Steamworks because it offers more insight on her thoughts and her backstory before yellow
Thank you for being able to do a character that means so much to me justice, though 💜
THANK YOU SO MUCH
i never made the vengeance connection this is such a refreshing analysis
,,The serum + anyone else . Yes. The sureum + daughter . No!" - Chujin expecting his wife not to be an idiot.
I'm sorry but even though her boss tracks are the best in the game, and having the 2nd best boss battle in the game after Neutral Ending Flowey... She was completely at fault here.
Somehow ceroba reminds me of myself. We both are mothers that suffer from the loss of loved ones. We both have deep voices, and our children's fathers are dead.

Lol
this was a really fantastic video,, with some amazing insight into the ketsukanes as a whole. I love your analysis and uncoverings of them both chasing a legacy that isn't worth chasing and that through vengeance, the antithesis to justice , they suffer. Amazing video!
Love your videos, man. Excellent work
Neat summary, the ending message is common but still just as good.
This is an amazing video I loved it :)
Good video!
