    Ingredients :
    Meatball:
    400g ground beef
    5 tablespoons of semolina
    1 grated onion
    1.5 teaspoons of salt
    1 teaspoon red pepper powder
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
    2 tablespoons of water
Knead all ingredients by hand or in a food processor until you have a paste-like consistency. Roll the pieces of minced meat and thread them onto skewers. Shape it by wetting your hand like in the video.
Leave to rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator covered so that the semolina swells.
    Furthermore:
Slices of bread (baguette or pide)
    2 tomatoes
    7-8 pieces of chili
    1.5 tablespoons of butter
Half tablespoon of red chili powder
Cut the tomatoes into apple slices.
Heat the pan. First, put the buns in the pan and fry them on both sides. Of course, you can also do this in the optional toaster. In the same pan, sauté the peppers and tomatoes until tender. You can add a little oil to the optional pan.
Then clean the pan and add 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Fry the meatballs over medium heat, turning them occasionally, remove them from the pan and remove them from the skewer. Add 1.5 tablespoons of butter to the pan and melt it. Add the pepper powder and mix. Lower the stove so it doesn't burn. First, dip one side of the bread in the oil and place it on a serving plate. Then transfer the meatballs to the pepper oil, fry them briefly and transfer them to the serving plate. Serve with yogurt on the side, it's great đŸ‘ŒđŸŒ
    onion charcuterie
    2 purple onions (half rings)
7-8 sprigs of parsley (finely chopped)
A pinch of salt, paprika and sumac
    1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients and rub until the onions soften slightly.

je ne comprends pas bien le bon gùchis de virer l'huile parfumée par les légumes, pour en rajouter plein d'autre pour les brochettes, en disant en plus qu'elle est nécessaire....
