- 1/8Tsp Chili powder

- 1/8Tsp Garlic powder
(ガーリックパウダー)
- 1/8Tsp Black pepper

- Wait for 15 minutes

- 100g All purpose flour

- 50g Corn starch

- 1/2Tsp Baking powder
(ベーキングパウダー)
- 1/4Tsp Garlic powder

- 1/4Tsp Chili powder

- 1/8Tsp Black pepper

- 1 Egg
(卵)
- 120ml Water
(水)
- Medium heat 5 minutes

- Wait for 15 minutes

***SPICY SAUCE:
- 100g Chili sauce
(チリソース)
- 35g Ketchup
(ケチャップ)
- 7g Soy sauce
(醤油)
- 15g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- High heat 3 minutes
(強火3分)
- 10g Vegetable oil
(サラダ油)
- 7g Chopped garlic
(にんにく)
- Sesame seed

I tried making it today but i recommend try it without sugar
Because the hottness of the chilli sauce and soya sauce made a good taste but because of ketchup it already became sweet but after adding sugar it was too sweet . So i tried without sugar it was amazing my family members liked it soo much.. 😀

@@butterfliesglowx9425 Maybe try bbq sauce to replace the ketchup, and use a sweet chilli sauce to replace the chilli sauce if your spice tolerance is not that high? Just don't add any sugar at all.

Made this the other night and my 12 year old went crazy! It’s a big hit. Thank you so much, Nino, for making it easy for me to make a fantastic dish! I did do a slight alteration. For the sauce, I only had sugar free sweet chili sauce, so I left out the sugar and used that. It was fantastic and a tiny bit healthier :)

I did this about when it came out like 12 hours later. It came out beautifully and had it served with white basmatti rice! I might even make this my signature dish for parties because it came out quite well and was very delicious!

Applesauce or banana would be good but it mostly used for baking so I can’t give you a guarantee! :)
Try using yogurt. That's how we usually make the marinade for butter chicken

Hey there! It looks super delicious. What do you do with the oil? Do you keep it in the same pot or in another container?
You can store in another container but only use it one time more because overusing the same oil becomes toxic later on. Hope this helps!
