- For today's retro review we're busting open four different Monster Garage/Jesse James diecast from 2004. These were made by Muscle Machines and feature unique castings inspired by builds from the TV series Monster Garage.

I like covering these obscure sets, even though they don’t get a tons of views it’s cool to get to share them with people!
I remeber that show, even I'm from Finland, so it's maybe showed little bit later in here.
Peterbilt-trike could be nice diecast model too... 😎
I think many of those scool bus-boats isn't survived, because those strings and many moving parts.
I bet that thing broke very easily when kids were playing with them...🤔
But anyway, quite cool models, especially that scool bus-boat 😎
I’d have to agree with you on the diecast survival rate - it’s a very delicate model and playing with it aggressively at all would probably have broken the strings. Same for the others as well - the smaller plastic parts wouldn’t stand up to heavy play action, so display is the way to go on these ha.
Fun fact, the school bus boat actually sold at auction in 2008 for $5000! That was a great price of it still functioned by time it made it to auction.
they kinda screwed up on the Limo because it look like a mashup between distinct two generations of Lincoln Town Car (and no it wasn't like this in the show ) with the the front & back of a 91-97 (like the one on the show ) but the rest is a 98 and newer
That’s what I thought but since I couldn’t remember what the show car looked like I didn’t mention it. But the front is the 98+ Lincoln whereas the back is a pre-98 car. It’s very odd lol
You might be able to heat up the plastic door a little bit and bend it back into shape
I may have to try that. Or mess with the arm a little bit more as I’m still not sure how exactly it’s supposed to fold up. Now that I have it open and have messed with it some I may be able to get it fixed.

Press the button on the backside to change the color mode. It is a shame that Mattel hasn't considered this for Acton Drivers or Hot Wheels.
I have it pulled up on my phone to order still since you sent that email the other day! It should hold the 1/43rd scale Hot Wheels Pill-Back Speeders too so I will probably get one. Are you getting one?
