I solved 50 i have paused for 20 second
First line........... 6 + 23 = 29..... 29 - 14 = 15 (middle)
Second line.... 48 + 30 = 78 ....78 - x = ?? (middle)
Third line......... 45 + 36 = 81.... 81 - 40 = 41 (middle)
14.........x..........40 ===> 14 + (13) = 27........27 + (13) = 40......... so, x = 27
78 - 27 = 51.

Before I watch your video ..
Looking at the way that the numbers increase I'm going to assume that we start at 6 and then work clockwise. 6 to 15 is + 9 then 15 to 23 is + 8 then 23 to 30 is +7 already looks like a pattern +6 +5 +4 +3 YES making it 48 + 2 = 50
