Bylakuppe two settlements are more beautiful than this video show. I wish someone can do much better with audio explanations, but to be honest, don’t show the few road spots, collection of garbages and drainages blocked for long period of time,if not, those should be cleaned with sense of responsibility. I am happy to make small contribution, if any civic persons can initiate and make the above mentioned drawbacks. If I am not wrong it seems source of health hazard to the general public. ཤ་བཙེའི་ཁ་ནས་གཏམ་སྙན་མེད་དཔེ་པྟར་སྒེར་སུ་ལ་ཡང་དགོངས་འགལ་མེད་པ་ཞུ་།
