Hi! For the final interview, as far as I remember, they asked questions about me. I guess you could say the final interview is easy if you truly know yourself. :) And nope, I didn’t have to do a typing test :D

We have our own platform, although, Skype can be used when the platform seems to not function well in the student's end.

Rarejob has a 5-peso incentive about something. I am aware that every penny counts for them but the basic "thank you" tip we give to staff is even 20 pesos. That side kind of made me cringe, to be honest. All in all, everything they do is very professional and organized. Everyone has a strong work ethic..

Hi, Lancetti! What are the tutoring essentials po? Like kailangan po ba white yung background? Strict ba sila sa laptop specs and internet connection?
Hii for the background, as long as it is presentable on camera they have no problem. They aren’t really strict with the background. When it comes to technical requirements, they do have some specs they require such as if you have windows os, ot must be windows 10 and above. For the RAM, I think it has be atleast 8 (ot really sure). But you can also check the technical requirements on their website 😊

Punta po kayo sa schedule > lesson schedule. Kapag yung "open" napalitan na po ng code color green na may numbers, booked na po 'yun. Click niyo na po 'yun, madadirect na kayo sa profile and requested material ng student.

naka experience po ba kayo ng practice lesson? kamusta po, kasi that is my next step na po after the onboarding. may nagfafail po ba don
Don't worry po. Magkakaroon pa po kayo ng orientation bago magsched ng practice lesson. For the practice lesson, you will be given a lesson material beforehand po para makapagprepare kayo.
