people that went to gigs in the 90's i guess. Not fucked about posting a shitty clip on Instawank. Def spoils the atmosphere nowadays when everyone is more focused on filming it than enjoying it with their own fookin' eyes !
Might be to do with the fact that it was being professionally recorded, so people were asked not to film it themselves.

I donât know why, but sometimes I get the impression that acoustic sets seem to suit Liamâs voice better these days.
100%. In the louder gigs his voice is strained so he has no breath support and canât hit some higher notes.
The MTV Unplugged session is one of the best in his career
he always seemed more comfortable singing acoustic. he pushes a lot harder in regular gigs. there's a video of him singing whatever and live forever from 1995 or 1996 and it seems so easy for him. sounds a bit different than when he's really going for it, but still amazing.
Liam holds his notes quite well here after some were saying he couldn't sing this anymore..
He just needs proper warm up and a good audio conditions: two elements hard to achieve in "normal" gigs.
He sounded so good on this show, but it is tuned down a fair bit from the original

I think thats part of why his voice went bad for a bit. He had to compete with the volume of the guitars, so he shouted to be heard. Thankfully, his voice is back.

Brilliant, yet this is incomplete without Noel.
Just like Cast No Shadow, the girls doing the backing vocals are amazing. But they aren't Noel, what made that song was the perfect combo of Liam's raw voice with Noel's soothing higher notes.
