Carlos speak italian perfectly since he was a kid and went to Italy to race in italian kart competitions. He had so much contact with Italy and italian culture before he signed for Ferrari

Ed è proprio qui che viene il bello della carbonara, l'uovo deve arrivare alla temperatura giusta per diventare cremoso ma non coagulare. Motivo per il quale chi non sa fare una carbonara come si deve mette la panna.
