    The ball they were pouring during the video was the Omega Crux! Proud Owner here. Beautiful ball with the Cinnamon fragrance.

    Great video. Storm never really rolled great for me. But love to see all the videos of how they are made. Unfortunately the hyroad was a horrible fit for me. Gave mine to a youth bowler after drilling mine. He shot is high set the next week. Made me happy

    Just watched a korean bowlingball facory type on yt, it was like automated and 2-3 guys making hundreds of balls. This american factory was like going back in time.

    Storm #1. Best balls. Best bags. Best towels. Best tape. Best backpacks. Best supports. Best shirts. Best bowlers. 💯

      Username checks out, I still love my TraumaER (considering you know Storm made a ball with this name).

    • @TraumaER
      @TraumaER Před 2 lety +3

      @@VneedsSpeed haha nice. Yes I got a free one long time ago when my ElNinoXiT got split in two by the center after I started a game with a 5 bagger. Still mostly use Storm since though. Although that day was terrible. Never found a reaction like the ElNinoXiT since.

    I was lucky enough to have a friend arrange a tour of Storm for me and my son a few years ago. Steve K was supposed to give the tour but he had Alex Hoskins give the tour instead. It was incredible. I saw the entire process on how a ball is made, the R & D behind them, marketing, and even saw the two lanes Storm uses that you see in all the videos. Just wish I could have tossed a couple of shots on those lanes.

    Great Video. Awesome manufacturing process, not trying to be mean , but the General manager or Owner , or whoever he is in the black "storm" jacket could have hosted the entire video without the guy in Purple who just kept repeating the obvious points already made.

    I wish Storm didn't use PINK on the Hyped Solid Logo... who ever thought Pink would look good on that ball needs to rethink about that the next time. That would of looked so much better if it was a nice Bright Yellow, or a Bright Blue or a Sky Blue, Orange, or Gold too. Anything other that Pink for the Logo on the Hyped Solid would of looked so much better. Reason I say this is because forone I'm a guy and two, I like to match the logo outline color to my grip and thumb slug colors... I'll be damned if I'm putting Pink grip and thumb slug in that ball to match the Pink Hyped Logo.

      The video isn't exactly new. Pretty sure this guy is ripping content from Flobowling and reposting it. Will probably get copyright stricken soon.

    • @nevinkinzel
      @nevinkinzel Před 2 lety

      Why would it get removed? He didn't cut out Flobowling's marking to represent it as his own. It is intact as released, with all copyright markings shown. They'll be happy it's being shared again and potentially driving more traffic to their websites/apps.

  • @MrOsmodeus
    @MrOsmodeus Před 2 lety

    could humans do all of that? yes. could robots do all of that? also yes. it's a good balance of robots for precision and humans because they need to eat. better to let the robots handle the polishing, rounding and engraving, cheaper to maintain humans for tasks like moving heavy bowling balls, filling molds and such. kind of weird the paint stage follows the sanding and polishing stage though.

  • @gvet47
    @gvet47 Před 2 lety

    Funny they did not show how they did the heavy cores and then the lighter core over it. I would think the odor from the materials would be toxic to the workers. I know if you do not find an expert at measuring snd drilling it can ruin a good ball. Always thought multicolored balls were ugly in my opinion.

    You forgot the step where the USBC decertifies and bans your ball a week after the consumer purchases it. Yes, I'm bitter about my Phaze 4 which will now be a shelf piece.
