Thank you soo much. After trying for 10 minute's trying to pull it off & pooing myself at the sane time as didn't want to knock out my front teeth (it's happened), I searched & saw your video. Put it in 6th gear & grip using both hands in the way you've shown it, 'genius'. Came off straight away with all teeth still in-tact. Thanks again man. 😊
