About english knowledge, yeah it depends at what part of the balkans are you, for ex in Serbia you wouldnt have any problem with that

Most people in the balkan towns and cities speak English. It’s harder to find someone in the villages especially the small ones that speak English though.

hm strange, in Serbia, especially in Belgrade, everyone speaks English :)

In all towns people speak english, in villages not!
