  • ✅ In this video I explain how to make a homemade bench saw with a manual disc circular saw with an inclination and elevation system.
For this project I have used some materials that I had from the workshop, but I have not used specific materials or purchased exclusively for this purpose.
The characteristics of this table are that you can adjust the elevation and the inclination of the saw for cuts with angles between 45º and 90º.
The regulation systems are made by means of threaded rods and you can achieve great precision in height cuts and in any of this range of degrees of inclination.
👉🏻 Here I show you ALL THE PARTS THAT MAKE UP THE MACHINE WITH DETAILS AND MEASUREMENTS so you can see how they work.
🔵 The materials that I used and that I had on hand are the following:
35mm angle. (for bridges and part of the table)
    20mm square tube.
25mm square tube. (for tilt frame plugs)
30mm square tube. (for part of the table)
35 mm "T" profile. (for part of the table)
    10mm threaded rod.
    Various bolts and nuts.
    10mm plywood.
    5 mm DM plate.
I have used all these profiles because it was what I had, but if you have any of these materials in abundance, you can finish it better than my "Frankenstein" table :)
    📏Measures of the pieces:
    Lifting frame: 19 x 28 cm.
    Tilt frame: 36 x 25 cm.
    Lifting arm: 20 cm.
    Bridge: 34 x 25 cm.
    Wooden crank: 15 cm. diameter
    📏Table measurements:
    Width: 80 cm.
    Height: 80 cm.
    Depth: 60 cm.
    Board: 65 x 90 cm.
