    Great design. I have the same model saw so I followed your build but I'm not sure how you lock the motor to change the blade. I have thought about a 3mm hole from the rear to push a rod through to engage the lock. how do you lock the motor, please?

    The blade looks bigger than 7 1/4. What size is the blade you have?

    • @MrHWoodworking
      @MrHWoodworking  Před 2 lety +1

      I use a 10" blade. It's a bit bigger than usual, hope it's fine.
      Thank you for your attention!

    Very interesting build!
    What is the name of the tool you used at the 5:04 mark to raise and lower the blade?

    • @MrHWoodworking
      @MrHWoodworking  Před rokem +1

      It's a navigation tool for hand drill.

    That orange shape catcher thing is so cool. What’s it called?..also what liquid are you squirting on the hinges and wood area? 🍻

    • @MrHWoodworking
      @MrHWoodworking  Před rokem +2

      It's called a copy tool, I bought it online.
      And the other liquid is a quick-drying glue.
      Thanks for watching!

    A nice exercise but I think the cost of parts and time spent do not justify the effort. Not to say that you used quality tools, even a table saw (?😊) to build this.

    Please give credit to the original maker of this tablesaw. You have the same exact features as him, the same type of bearing at the same place, the same 90 degree drill adapter concept, etc.
