The composer of Across Endless Dimensions is Piergiuseppe Zaia, initially composed this as an orchestral piece for his film, "Creators: The Past". It's on the soundtrack of the film. When asked about the song, Zaia said that it's about the Garden of Gethsemane. After lyrics were written for the composition (under the title "Across Endless Dimensions"), the composer said that the song, for obvious reasons, should be sung by the most beautiful voice in the world. His co-producer started googling for the most beautiful voice in the world, and she quickly came up with Dimash's name. After watching some of Dimash's youtube videos and being mind-blown, she showed them to Zaia, who immediately contacted Dimash's team. Zaia created a demo recording for Dimash to hear the song. It required 3 different singers to make the demo, and even then the operatic soprano couldn't reach the highest notes at the end. Dimash agreed to go to Italy to record this track for the film's closing credits. Sony released Dimash's track last year with a video, using green screen and FX in which Zaia inserted Dimash into scenes from his science fiction film...so lots of spaceships, aliens and such. This new, just-released video you reacted to is Dimash's own creation/production, as he imagines the song. This video seems closer to the original intent of the composition. ❤️🎤🔝🌹🌹👏👏👏👏👏👏

Yes you've got it spot on, Dimash doesn't just sing a song. He Lives it. One very experienced top professional vocal teacher said, "Dimash is the only singer that I've ever heard, who has absolutely Everything." He is in my opinion, a once in a lifetime musical talent. 😃🏴👍
If you want beautiful breathy Dimash overload you need to see Ikanaide … his 1st song in Japanese. You may or may not have seen Autumn Strong- if you have or haven’t you MUST also see Autumn Strong from his Arnau concert in Kiev. They are the same song, different lyrics (one Japanese, one mandarin & not direct translations). Different mood, & of course he makes totally different choices in each. Both STUNNING. Just masterpieces, trust me. 🙏

The original Ikanaide by Kojo Tamaki is so good. A song I listen to on repeat. So deep. Dimash also did a great job. But please give credit to the original. He is incredible and still sings in his old age.

Yes...l agree. It isn't just the registers/range. That is ALWAYS stupefying...but, the way he approaches the notes/songs, the resonances, timbre, color and textures combined with the flourishes, rills, melismas and jazz influence, not to mention tonal and breath control that just begins to demonstrate his unique and captivating voice. Then layer on: charisma, emotional expression, musical synergy and stage presence topped with education, talent, genetics and character traits that help create the G.O.A.T... Yet this STILL wouldn't make him so special if he didn't have his tremendous spirit and pure heart ❤️...

If interested; this was on the soundtrack of Italian Si-fi movie; CREATOR - THE PAST, directed by Piergiuseppe Zaia who also composed the score, which other than this song is all instrumental. For this song, he told his girlfriend who co-wrote the screenplay that he needed someone with a voice out of this world. She remembered seeing the CZcams video of Dimash titled “best voice in the world”.. and the rest is history. He said he was blown away by both his voice, but mire so how kind he was and hopes to work w/ him again.

I love this song, played it for about a full work day straight and have it within all my play lists now. 😁 for watching it, I prefer the actual music video for it with scenes from the movie, just because it gives a little more reasoning behind the lyrics. Even so, this is amazing! And love the story of how he came to sing this… the producer of the movie had 3 singers to sing the different parts, they got them to come to sing it and the female who was chosen to sing the soprano wasn’t able to hit the notes they wanted. So, they took to CZcams and found Dimash, sent him the demo, he sent back his track and here we go, Dimash has done a song for a movie. Oh, and the movie is an Italian movie with William Shatner in it called The Creators: The Past. 😁

Yes, expression and telling the story, conveying emotion and having good stage presence are more important than vocal range. If we only wanted vocal range we could just buy a piano (with an extra key or two!) It's all those other things that make the music great. But the vocal range is sure a lot of fun and adds spice to the songs!!

I strongly recommend that you watch the original movie trailer video for this song. Visually very different and worth setting the visual that the composer had (this is an interesting situation where the composer also wrote the movie and directed it. He looked for the “world’s best singer” and found Dimash. Piergiuseppe Zaia recorded a demo to introduce this to Dimash… he needed three singers to record the demo.). I find it interesting to note the visual differences between the video from the movie (very space themed) to the - shall we say - earthier (although otherworldly) oceanic images Dimash conceptualized for this staging. I love both, but just an interesting difference between creative minds. Great reaction and looking forward to more! Cheers from Canada!

Weird, I never noticed the volume issue on the performance but it’s absolutely there, what a shame. Even if it’s on your own I hope you’ll listen /watch the music video because the sound is 👌 & the music vid is really freaking cool, if you like sci fi imagery. Such a misstep for his team to not have caught or reupload it with better sound, though I say that having no clue what affects upload sound lol.

Well given Dimash can go from G0-D8 he is about endless and that's really not him trying to hit the Guinness book of records. His range is obviously impressive, just as his control, emotives, microphone control and so many more expert techniques he does.
