    Cool boxes, but could you stop those lame ass intros and outros. There not cute or funny.
    Once more thing you're not a pirate, you won't ever be a pirate and Johnny Depp won't ask you to be his gay lover in his next pirates film. So please just stop.

    • @skullandspade
      @skullandspade  Před 5 lety +47

      Cool comment, BUT, unfortunately you failed to deliver the compliment sandwich correctly. It's supposed to be praise, then criticism, then praise again. WHERE'S MY OTHER SLICE OF BREAD DANIEL?!
      Your "edited" comment, while failing to use the correct "there", brings up 3 points of contention:
      1: My mom thinks my intros and outros are hilarious.
      2: Once more thing, if Johnny told you something different than he told me last time we were gay lovering, please...tell me. He's obviously too heartbroken to tell me to my face.
      3: Asking someone nicely to stop should be reserved for moments like someone loudly opening a bag of chips in a library , or talking during a movie, or maybe when someone is a garbage tier human in a random comment section...on youtube....on the internet.
      Next time someone tells you what you can't be, remember, your mother probably thought you could never be an asshole.
      Yet here you are. *slow clap*

    Nice work. The only criticism I have is that the cut mat you used has a grid system on it that I believe is exactly 1"x 1" squares. You don't need to use a tape measure on those grids. They work perfectly for stuff like this.

    • @skullandspade
      @skullandspade  Před 5 lety

      Fair play, but I do steps like this visually to show that we're measuring. As far as telling the story, it lets a viewer know "the mat is for cutting" but first "measure the piece". Most folks tend to have loads of tape measurers, and less gridded cutting mats. Hope you enjoyed all the same.

      Oooooooh, I'll have to give that a go. I don't use that plate for a heat iron often enough to doll up a handle. That would be an awesome solution!

      I wouldn't have thought to use packing foam below a fabric cover. I've got a load saved up for kaizen style drawer inserts but I may have to sacrifice some for an experiment now.

    Great idea with the soldering iron! Now if only those metal hands at the end stepped in didn't leave you hangin...

    I don't think I've ever commented on a video in my youtube life before. So apologies if this isn't quite the place for this, and with all due respect, but fuck any person whos got some negative shit to even think of posting about you or your videos man. Honestly, that fuckin guy pissed me off for some reason and I don't think that's ever happened to me during my youtube life as well haha but seriously my dude, keep doing you. keep making. keep posting. and fuck the haters. My Lady and I love your videos dude I mean from the skulls to the prints to the like placement, it straight blows our minds how similar we are in tastes and styles, your set looks like our living room, when its clean lol but alrighty.. sorry this got a little lot longer than intended but I felt compelled to share that with you dude and the fact that that some douche bag's invidious little comment, clearly driven by envy, stole a valuable chunk of time from you, that in return could've been spent making more videos for us to devour so please keep em' comin' Brett. Thank you for your time if you actually ever get to see this. u da man
