Nonstop rain and flooding will ruin everything in your home, your vehicles, and make you lose your job because you're on your last warning from your boss for exclusive tardiness. Same thing is happening in California because of the fires! They’re all in a permanent state of denial in Florida because they are literally being led straight into the ocean by the climate denier of all climate deniers, Ron DeSantis. It’s really remarkable to behold an entire state’s population being gaslit into complete submission by a right wing sycophant but the governor of California is a liberal so the problem is clearly not solvable by the political blame game or party affiliations…Fire or rain, it’s the unavoidable issue of reliance on fossil fuels as a way of life, the war economy overriding everything and, duh, climate change. 🔥🌊🌏

After several floods, those who built almost on the river were flooded quite often and some have moved their houses to higher ground. The house I lived in was high up on the bank and never flooded, even with some 100 year floods.
