Man, I really miss the vibe of Season 1. Everything felt so magical back then.

Yeah funny you mention Gossip girl ...Gossip girl is essentially a modern Bridgerton. The Bridgerton books were written BEFORE the Gossip girl books.

@@JustLucinda Also you were wondering how long the whistledown mystery lasts... NOT going to spoil anything but lady whistledowns identity is disclosed in book four but the TV show didn't wait quite that long because it's easily Googleable information and so they knew they couldn't wait all the way until adapting that book to reveal lady Whistledowns' identity. Like half of the people would just Google it after watching, you know? The mystery wasn't going to remain a mystery. So you don't have to wait quite as long as book readers had to wait for that mystery to be solved lol As a show watcher, I appreciated that change. I didn't want to have to wait seasons and seasons... Netflix potentially wouldn't give the show. Lol. And I honestly haven't watched Gossip girl so I don't know when Gossip girls mystery finally gets revealed... But I have to assume Bridgerton the TV show decided to do it sooner than Gossip girls TV show adaptation. I'm not going to say anymore than that. Don't want to spoil anything. But yeah you won't have to wait as long as the book readers had to. The book readers have told me it was slightly torture having to wait as long as they did lmao.
Also, your response to the Baby Duke having a stammer was the same as mine. Poor baby darlin' 😭

Yes, Season 1 has a magical vibe to it which makes it enjoyable to watch. Especially the first half feels very lighthearted and fun

OMG! You should watch bridgerton season 2, queen Charlotte: a bridgerton story (I'd recommend watching this before bridgerton season 3) and then bridgerton season 3!
S1 really captured a lot of people but I think you're gonna enjoy s2 and queen charlotte too

s1 gets u hooked but after watching s2 and QC, u realize s1 is the least fav one.
For you maybe. Season 1 is still the best for me. No other season has been able to capture that magical feeling like this season did.
