If you come to Northeast India, look me up in Meghalaya. October - November is the best time. If you like rains & tall waterfalls then July-August.

Big cities in india is very loud, chaotic. But country side is peaceful. Try Sikkim, meghalaya,Darjeeling, Shimla, Himachal pradesh, Rishikesh etc

Kadai Paneer dish contains big pieces of cottage cheese not Tofu. Paneer is cottage cheese made from cow's milk and is a staple dish for the vegetarians in India and comes in many different forms like Kadai Paneer, Paneer Butter Masala, Shahi paneer etc

Bro's always eating paneer butter masala guess he likes it so much. Anyways if you're vegetarian look out for hotels with pure veg on their sign boards. Try out new dishes as there's a wide variety of vegetarian options. Try idli ,dosa ,pongal, vada, masala dosa,poori, vegetable briyani,chapathi etc
