- I went to a famous Indian restaurant that a local recommended to me. They served a banana leaf meal and it was the first time that I got my food without any plate. The restaurant was the most crowded place where I have eaten so far in India. But I was not disappointed.

Unlike in Germany, nobody usually order drinks at the beginning of a meal. These are restaurants with extremely high demand and people are expected to be really quick or else they are usually frustrated. So people usually say "Full meal" and just finish the meal and rush out ;).
Hey Carlos, you should know that, honking is worse in other parts of India 🇮🇳, in addition crime rate is very low in Tamil Nadu compared to North India 🇮🇳!

10:23 it's an indian way of doing things sometimes there are no lines and people just gather around the counter to get the thing done (specially in goverment areas) but sometimes there will be a proper line that's a way of life around here sometimes you get what you need some times you don't & you just adjust accordingly
Dude, there are poor people in India and even in Germany as well, like there are so many people who live on the street in Germany so you cannot go around and complain about India.

I would have left my camera and phone at the counter. I did not want that. Especially my camera is important for me. If it gets stolen or it falls down, I'm fu**ed haha

That's why I left that temple when the security at the check-in told me that I would have to give my cam and phone to the cashier. I would have gone inside without these things actually. But I would have gone back to my hotel first and I was already a bit exhausted. Sad that I missed that beautiful temple

Ja its difficult if you dont no how to eat you have to put rise in bananalef then take littel bit all carrys and mix rasam is finishing then after paayaasam sweet we have six different taste

Nice you have taken meals in banana leaf. But friends have not guided. Rice is put on leaf from plate and after mixing with sambar, rasam, etc. it is eaten. Better to avoid licking our fingers while eating food.

Even with a partner you're screwed. Both are screwed. Most likely nothing would happen while traveling in India, but the only way to prevent it is just not to come there as a female. At least if you wanna explore rural areas, that could be risky. I'm glad that I'm a man hehe @@ZandraTravels

Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia. These countries are pretty safe for women in my opinion. India is still beautiful and there's a lot of nature and historical places. But you cannot deny the high amount of (gang) rape cases. And I assume that most of the cases aren't even reported to the police. But let's focus on the positive aspects of India now haha

Both countries have amazing food. To be honest I was thinking a lot about Indonesian food. Especially tempe and sambal bawang ijo I miss. And Indonesia has so many delicious vegetable dishes too. Indian food is pretty oily many times.

I agree, ya not a huge fan of the honking... its excessive noise pollution. my ears hurt. They use it to for others to be aware of your surroundings, in the west, its used to warn others
It's better to honk more than less...if this can prevent accidents. But I've seen so many Indians hoking when there's absolutely nothing or at least nothing dangerous on the road. That's silly and very annoying.

it’s not about being educated or anything- u don’t know the language and you’re much more concentrated on filming (no offence - that is your thing/job) while the local people know the language and they think that you are filming rather than getting a ticket ! mostly misunderstanding! and sometimes they’re rude too!
