- Black Warrant: Confessions of a Tihar Jailor is an account of Sunil Gupta’s time running Delhi’s Tihar Jail and his encounters with such (in)famous inmates as Billa Ranga, Afzal Guru, Rajan Pillai, Maqbool Butt, Subrata Roy, and Manu Sharma. Each chapter is a revelation about this country’s judicial and prison systems.
In this edition of NL Interviews, Abhinandan Sekhri speaks with Sunil and the journalist Sunetra Choudhury, who co-authored the book.
Sunil speaks about Charles Sobhraj’s escape, the police-prisoner dynamics, police brutality, custodial deaths, and corruption in Tihar Jail. Sunetra talks about her experience writing the book and her contribution to it: giving the readers an “overall perspective” of what goes on inside the jail, confirming the information she was given from official accounts.
The interview further delves into Sunil’s account of the hanging of the Kashmiri rebel leader Maqbool Bhat and the Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru. While on the topic, Abhinandan asks Sunil, “Do you fear backlash from the nationalistic right on this? Would that make you reconsider your position on reform?”

Hmm, There is no place of such people in today's world. Sajive Bhatt Ex IPS is in jail for life prison.
He used to treat prisoners well and focussed on good quality food for prisoners.
He's been accused of a custodial death. See, There would be many lower grade police officers below and above Sanjive but the person will be accused whom government doesn't like.

I loved her first book.
That way even OSMA was so cute looking and innocent by face. His sons too were highly qualified men. OSAMA use to sing many old English melodies, even he declared himself as the fighter of justice and humanity. This jailer is a perfect example of a menticide who deals with his on spot emotions rather than logic and brain.

Satwant Singh and Kehar Singhs were not mad at that time. They could have escaped but they were ready to die. Both gave up their live with immense passion. Satwant Singh even asked judge to cut off the delay and asked for the death penalty without wasting time. They tried to torture them both to make them weak and look sorry. They never gave up and raised slogans with utmost courage.
