Instead of using alcohol or acetone to clean the bottom of the nail tip because of the stickiness of the gel you can just apply no wipe topcoat and cure iit and that will eliminate the dust issue.
You can also use a nail brush with some soap and wash/brush the nails. This is what my nail lady has me do right before she’s ready to paint them. I think this is the best way, the brush gets everything off and you have a clean palette to work with.

You should gel Vena Lisa topcoat in the 15 mL bottle it's a tempered topcoat which means that it's scratch resistant and the shine lasts 2 to 3 weeks
