ಅದಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ನಾನು ರಾಜಕೀಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಾತುಕತೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ನಾವು ಶಾಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ನಾವು ಸಿದ್ಧರಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಮಣಿಪುರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿವಯರ ಭೇಟಿಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಮಣಿಪುರಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಜನರ ನೋವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಅರಿಯಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
