How long is a session?

Hi Alexa, one session is 28 minutes long, giving you the equivalent of just over 11,000 kegal contractions. This is an amazing treatment.

Hi, it is 28 minutes per session, and we (Estrada) offer 10 sessions of programme 1 (deep pelvic floor) on our course. We also offer 16 sessions which is programme 1&2 combined (8 one-hour sessions) 🙏
