Filming the jet and things is fine I think but it's probably best not to film at meals when everyone's having private conversations and enjoying the moment. Freya didn't seem particularly thrilled, and Talia mentioned at 11:27 to cut a conversation out, meaning they all have to be a bit careful about what they say just in case. I like the vlogs, but it might be better to cut down a bit on the amount of time you film your mates in general.

I’m not saying this in a negative way… I’m genuinely curious. The sidemen/troops seem to be pretty frugal with their money. They’re always talking about how expensive things are and stuff like that. With the food and eating, don't beat yourself up cause you had one or two "bad" meals. Try to hit 70%-80% good meals a week. Pack a lunch when driving to see your daughter, with some fruits. And when you know, that you are going out for dinner or some other meal that you can't track the calories, eat less that day on the run up to the dinner. E.g snack on fruits or low calorie foods, take a coffee to reduce appetite.
