13:45 you feel tired because of the diet. The body is shutting down because it’s not getting the nutrients it needs/ is used to
yeh any diet changes can take a week or more to adjust to. Any time I cut out excessive sugars for a bit, or something like no bread for awhile, my body always feels a bit off. When I eat less, I drink less too and I forget to makeup for it cuz you have to stay hydrated still 😩
Randy, I went from 260 lbs down to 220 ish pounds at work just by walking around more. there are other factors on my weightloss. but the biggest factor was literally just walking more. My end goal will require more cardio and stuff like that. But do what works for you maybe setting a goal for athletic ability could work for you. I love you bro and I hope for the best for you.

Looking great mate. Just a quick one, don't be too intent on counting calories, hitting x amount per day. Just eat the right stuff, make sure you get your essential nutrients and all that. No point losing weight if its at the detriment to your muscles, your brain, bones, gut etc. Smashing it though, you've come a long way.
Yea I can second this. Start out with some counting so you get a general sense of what you should eat but don't focus too much on it. Better have a healthy gut and solid muscles with a few more calories, than spending an hour each day putting every single ingredient on a scale. And don't forget to have cheatdays where you eat some more, from my own experience it definitely helps to confuse your body; instead of letting it settle to a new calorie level.

dont get too carried away because 10 pounds of fat = 35.000 calories. To lose that in 17 days would be a calorie defecit of 2k per day which is unsustainable. You are doing well but i used to get too hyped during the first stage and then i would lose motivation when i started losing 1 pound a week even though thats a realistic number. Its just about keeping it up for a year rather than crash dieting for 3 weeks
