I was lucky to have been there for this phenomenal Hometown show by my fave Atlanta band, The Black Crowes!
Now thats some kick arse rock n roll… thanks for sharing. 🐨🦘🇦🇺
A stage full of some of Georgia's Rock 'n Roll legends... Doesn't get much better than that. Wow. Thank you for sharing this with us!
Our nephew Brian on the skins! Love it!
I was there, and this along with the entire night was just stellar!!! A very TALL time that night indeed! 😁
Love this!! Wish I was there!! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for the capture. History is in the house!
Thanks for sharing!
Couldn't believe when I saw the title of this video but its just as awesome as it sounds
I was there as well and thanks for sharing the encore. I thought this was a stellar rendition of Lou Reed's Rock n Roll absolutely killer show!!
Thanks, this is great!
OMG, thank you so much for getting this. We were there in Orchestra 3 about 20 rows back and on top of so many other amazing things about the night, this was the true coup de gras!! It was amazing to have this as the encore!!!!
Whoa. That was smoking. DNC + Crowes = my dream show. I should've jumped in the car and just told the boss "another day, man, another day - I got a show to see".
Love this
Them is some SOULFUL White Boys!! ... That was HOT AS HELL!!
Who says Rock and Roll is dead cause it's definitely not
it sounded like they were playing Fortunate Son by CCR and then I realized it was an original ,Fortunate Son would have been a cool song to cover, the problem when you have too many people on stage at a jam is you don't really get to hear what the guest players can really do because every one has to hold back ,would have been curious to hear Charly Starr go off a bit
Lou Reed cover, Rock & Roll , and Charlie did go off, .. awesome ❤️
BTW, it's Rick Richards, not Richardson
Thanks. I corrected it
@@rexcunningham1170 while we're being pedantic, it's "Kevn" too. Thanks for posting...this was awesome.
Next time do the Mitch Ryder version. It’s much better.
Sorry but this doesn't hold a candle to the Lou Reed live Rock n Roll animal version. The guitar intro and ending solos from that record were absolute perfection. Hunter and Wagner were just incredible in that band. These guys mostly just cranked the chords really hard with too many guitars. Otherwise, the Crowes still are one of the best rock bands ever.
Rock n roll is not a competition right? We can't go back in time and see that version can we?

How large was crowd. Got tix to see them in Virginia Wednesday and Ticketmaster shows maybe 1/4 of 6500 seat amphitheater sold. That's gonna make for a crappy show
So you're gonna judge your enjoyment on how many people attend? Jesus... That's shallow man!
@@hippydippy ain't got shit to do with my enjoyment. I've seen them before. Love them. But when a band looks out and sees an amphitheater only 1/3 full, how energetic will they be.
I've seen them 5 times on the recent tour and it's looked pretty close to, if not completely full capacity at every show....don't worry about what the f*ck ticketmaster shows. Have fun
Very noisy with all those guitars.
