- This is EASILY my favorite Pokemon game (so far). I haven't beaten this game yet but everything I experienced in Pokemon Legends of Arceus so far was FIRE!

@@angaso02 well gee, maybe because in reality Game Freak is actually an indie company, and Nintendo/Creatures usually give 0 fucks about them and the Pokemon games. This is Game Freak actually getting their chance to shine.
@@zerosolis6664 That couldn't be further from the truth. Gamefreak is NOT an indie company, they make billions from these games. Nintendo doesn't actually have all that much say in the development of the Pokemon games, because they do not completely own the Pokemon IP. Gamefreak can do whatever they want with the games, and absolutely NO ONE is stopping them from making an AAA quality Pokemon game.

About the newer Pokémon in the game you have to remember that all Pokémon existed came into existence at once (once all The legendary Pokémon were made).
Us playing the game are just not discovering them because sometimes certain Pokémon just don’t extend to certain regions. Which are also based on places in real life
Not true, pokemon evolve like animals too. Archen is the ancestor of all modern bird pokemon while Tirtouga is the ancestor of all modern turtle pokmeon. Those went extinct so pokemon species appear and disappear all the time.
Another example is Claydoll who was brought to life from a clay doll.
There's lots of interesting tidbits of pokemon lore to read if you google: "History of the pokemon world - bulbapedia"
@@gagagegegigigogogugu well yea i gave a small paragraph of the subject. not about to essay the whole pokemon world. but in order of release, yes fossils were after legends and before the base pokemon. but they specifically say each pokemon are their own thing. Archen may have the dna but it does not carry the trait to evolve into Staraptor.
and yes, most ghost type pokemon came after everyone else because ghost pokemon are just spirits of other things that decided to posses an object.
Humans are pokemon too and thats what this game is trying to explain. We came out the same portal the Ulta Beasts came through.

Well can’t really remember the actual lore off the top but basically the earth only had mew on it but the mews started to adapt to the environment and evolve into the different Pokémon we know today because of its complex dna which is the same reason on how mewtwo was made
Not correct, Darwinian evolution applies to Pokemon too, the Pokédex talks about Pokemon that are related (for example in this game pachirisu’s dex entry mentions that it is related to the pikachu line). Also regional variants are examples of Pokemon that have evolved differently in different places but aren’t far enough apart to be classified as different species.
You could watch Bird Keeper Toby’s series about the Pokemon tree of evolution based on how life has evolved in the real world.

I love how this game makes the mystery dungeon games tied into all the all the other games.
Game is beast, love it. I also love if it rains, the pokemon look wet, like the rain effects them physically.
I love the beginning with the Kingdom Hearts Music. Just perfect for this scene👌🏻

Shellos and Bideu are so adorable. They scuttle over and just stare at you.
I've some times thrown a berry, watched them eat it and scuttle back waiting for more, and did not feel an urge to throw a ball.
Even if they’re simple. You should 100% do videos or a video of when you fight the main golden pokemon. That way we also get updates on the team throughout

How to tell you’re watching a fellow souls player:
1. always dodge rolls into the attack instead of away from it (and gets hit by arcanine jump everytime)
2. end of boss battle after only one phase is always sus
3. lilligant of the boreal valley

This game is fire as hell and was worth my 60 bucks. Pokemon always gets my money but they deserved it fully this time
I’m late to this but I finally got a switch but the oled version. I’ve been wanting one for a while and I finally got one and my first two games were this and the legend of Zelda breath of the wild. I’m loving it so far and it feels definitely worth my money since I could finally afford it!

i remember in 2004 watching pokemon anime that ho oh was like arceus, a deity and i played gold during that year too and felt so special, they should make a ho oh game but based in the past and see the creation of the 3 legendary beastS
2:20 Pokemon Sun and Moon was the first pokemon game I played after Pokemon Yellow(but I played it many years earlier) and I got a shiny rowlett on my first run without even trying.

I would highly recommend best pokemon game I've played so far. Everything is fast paced, with crafting balls and potions plus other things while being able to choose to relearn moves in the spot rather than going to a move tutor.
Here we are again 3 episodes and we won't see him again for 2 weeks ,,, still love the content bro

I never played breath of the wild so when I saw the trailer for Legends Arceus I was just like wow I've never seen a game like this for Pokemon

I've been dissapointed in game freaks incompetence for a few years now, bdsp and swsh was absolutely terrible but it puts a smile on my face that gf actually put effort into a game for once. Bravo!

@@theconcerneddredhead4410 "faithful remakes" was an excuse to sell a one to one copy and paste of the story of dp for full priced and somehow ILCA made the mistake of making the authenticity of sinnoh look worse. The game released with a day one patch because it was unfinished with plenty of glitches and visual bugs (pla had a day one patch too but the game isn't that buggy, the day one patch was mainly to make the PLA experience slightly smoother), the post game content is lacking, no platinum content, exp share is automatically on which makes the games a bit easier.
This was just a nostalgic cash grab by ILCA and GameFreak.

Sometimes you can Catch alphas by sneaking up on them with Back Strikes I’ve caught a couple with just Regular poke balls

Reason why Stealth Rock is an attack is because Stealth Rocks is just Rocks with spikes and when u throw something Spikey it damages u although not gonna lie it tooken me a minute to find out
It's been a minute, but I think Stealth Rock does immediate damage to flying Pokemon when you use the move. Then it does damage to any non-Flying/Floating Pokemon that gets switched into battle.
They changed a few of the moves in the game to be a little different. Stealth rock if I'm not mistaken does damage and also pricks you with stones for additional turn based damage
