    Love this performance. John Curley owned a recording studio in Cincinnati (Ultrasuede). My band recorded our CD there and the Whigs were there at the same time using the other studio to rehearse songs from this yet unreleased album. In between takes, we would chill with them on the couches there. Great guys. One of my favorite bands and a great memory of mine.

      Shit that's great. Saw them a couple times and Twilight Singers. Never disappointed me. Dulli's one serious badass.

    "Bands that the kids just love ... " Ha! I was 38 when this album came out and it blew me away. Their sound just got better and better from when they first blew me away at dive bars in Cincinnati in the late 80s.

    Best Band, Gred Dulli Rocks!!! Love the groove of this song, the percussion is amazing and that Steve Wonder spice. Miss the long gone Bear Creek days with Pam and Simone.

    Listening to this band is too intense for me sometimes. I'm perfectly happy right now in my life after some shitty years and still I'm crying to this video because of the sheer beauty and pain I feel in their music.

    Black Love is their best album overall, narrowly beating out Gentlemen for me, but Black Love was just a masterpiece from the first track to the last.

      I saw Afghan Whigs on the “Black Love” tour back in the day. They played a bit of “Superstition” and segued into “Going To Town”. So awesome. To this day, it was one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to.
