It looks like an entirely different game. Just look at these detailed cars and pedestrians ! So much more realistic than the polygon-shaped default ones

You could use the Ferry Building, 1907 tower as the tower for the limoges station. I think it will look nicer the the tower you use now, the only thing is that you should put a diffrent roof on it.

Yes. A "real one" stadium. A football club complex maybe. Or a football academy. I've already comment about this in last video btw.
