These are all very excellent responses. I’ve never been asked how I deal with coworkers who do not like me before. Maybe because none of the previous companies cared 🥴 lol. I’ve lost a job before just because the employees my senior didn’t like me and did everything to try and get me fired. One of the cons of working for a small business, imo.

I'm taking an office administration course at my local community college. I'm shifting to another career after more than a decade in the restaurant and hospitality industry. My work experiences are 99% restaurant-related. I found this video very helpful in terms of what to expect in an administration job interview. There are similarities to some interview questions I've had for cooking positions, but my answers were never like this!
I'm struggling with anxiety about what jobs to apply for once I have my certificate. I found the hospitality industry took mercilessly without giving back, and I don't want to go back to that kind of stress. Any suggestions for where to look as a mid-thirties former chef with an office admin certificate?

Would it be ok to not taking a holiday season for this year. And can I be focus working if I had to work remotely?

I have an interview Friday the 2nd, for an executive assistant to the CEO of sourcing position. This is for a large corporation and I have only worked for small independent companies where we all pretty much work together to get things done. HELP I am a nervous wreck. I have already completed a phone interview and excel test. But answering these type of questions is terrifying to me because I just do my job and not sure how to categorize them into appropriate answers.

I'm a fresh graduates in IT and wondering if my strength in technology and time management will suffice this position since the requirement of the company I am trying for includes "fresh graduates are encourages to apply". If so, how would I give example if asked a question on how to handle conflicts and such? Can I use an example on how I deal with groupmates during group project?
