Do not use windows to update AMD drivers. They are HORRIBLY out of date. You always want to use AMD's software to update the drivers.

WARNING: this will only work on integrated graphics. You cannot add vRAM to a dedicated GPU. You just need to buy a graphics card with more vRAM.

The problem tripple A games requires 10-18gb vram in a 2k reso high-ultra settings but most video cards only offer 8gb 😭 only if i known early I could had bought a 12gb vram instead

i have seen a few of these vidoes, sometimes this adjustment works, sometimes it does not, my advice to everyone, dont touch vram, let windows or whatever OS you have to use vram when it is needed, upping the vram can make your system unstable or slow.
according to razer cortex my laptop has intel iris xe graphics (which i knew) but apparently it isn't integrated. and it only has 1GB vram. I have an Acer aspire 5. Does anyone know if this is a glitch... My laptop also didn't come with the sticker that most other have if they have special dedicated graphics.

This is a video for integrated graphics, meaning the graphics chip is integrated into the CPU. It uses the ram as video memory. Nvidia are not integrated graphics, they are dedicated graphics and use different memory. So no, it's not possible to do this.

it works for integrated gpu. increasing memory in this case means that you using your RAM. Nvidia gpu have its own memory and only thing you can dob- buy a new card

this doesn't improve your performance this improve your stability. And made it a very very very bit better performance like +1 or 2 fps only. Is recommend to do this with overclock so that you can have best experience
VRAM is very needed for games that has good texture quality. it could boost up FPS from 4 to 70 and you shouldnt overclock your pc it could make your computer lifetime decrease very much
@@XenyQ_OFF increase vram is not always a solution, if you know rtx 3050 you will know that rtx 3050 with 8G ram still lose to rtx 2060 with 6G ram only
