In this painting, I have created layers of texture using different pastes. This is not what I expected to achieve to be honest. If you see in the first part of the video when I was applying the paste, I left the middle part empty and I was supposed to make a different art using acrylic ink. But due to frustrations and out of motivation I ruined everything. I almost threw the canvas and I just realized then that I could still make something out of it (I wish I could have recorded this part). So I started all over again, applied the paste in the middle to cover the mess that I did. And I am happy of the result.
I'm using acrylic paint, plaster of paris and white cement paste, and 60x90cm canvas.
