I would rather have a big plate of crispy pork belly and rice with a few side bits in a Chinese canteen style restaurant. This stuff is clever but goes on tour in vac-pack plastic before service and (in my experience) rarely arrives hot or in sufficient quantity. In fine dining the dessert usually stands out as the most impressive/enjoyable thing...pistachio souffle etc which I would eat all day long

Go to a restaurant and see what the chefs do when they get cut. Nevermind I'll tell you, they wash it, clean it, put a band aid on it, wear a glove over it and carry on cooking. The blood blister on his finger didnt even burst so what's all the fuss about blood getting into food when its not even bleeding?

when u know chefs that wash their hands one time a day , than plz stop eat his food. A Chef should have always clean hands and nails but of course it happens in the kitchen that u get dirty nails or hands. But its also not smart to show the dirty nails in a youtube video, dosent matter if michelin star or not. My recomendaition: Delete this video and make a new one its verry bad commericial for ur restaurant.
