Hi
Can I have mod
Jk
Remember, when driving for swift, you are contractually bound to hit at least one car.
Agreed
yep
Or put it in a ditch at least once a week
@@wolfenwingsable exactly
Exactly
after looking at the thumbnail of the video
i thought it would be a motivational video about how a guy started his own million dollar company with 0$
Yeah me too
I somehow just knew it was ATS gameplay.
He’s just playing a game
I drove for swift for a year or so. I drove as owner/operator and drove an average of 4k miles a week. My pay stub showed that I owed them money every week. However according to the IRS my truck had been paid almost 200k. Come to find out that the managers are known for stealing funds from the drivers. So if you want to use a realistic mod for swift make sure you owe money after driving max hours low weight.
Did you ever get that money back? What a bunch of rats.
Did you ever get that swift thing strait
As someone who got their license and haven't played this game I gota say the mechanics are on point. Roads are realistic, truck customization is cool...However, the way the cars drive like their rational people (because theyre AI) is completely unrealistic. In reality people will be doing the stupidest shit you've ever seen, every, other, turn. Take it from me, I'm a local driver.
There’s a mod for that haha
Drivers on their way to challenge a truck towing heavy cargo that takes a half a mile to stop
Oh believe me as someone who plays ATS very often, there are semis that will do full U turns in the middle of highways
@@fhfive1132 me when i miss an exit lmao
@@TheFormalPickle which one?
Its crazy how spot on the game creates the denver area because me myself lives in Denver, Colorado and I noticed that a lot of the areas he was driving through was many places I go through as well
Same with the springs
I was coming here to comment the same thing. I drive some of those roads daily and they looked familiar, except for now 70 isn't up on a long bridge but traffic seems realistic too!! Lol I live 20 miles from work and it usually takes a hour or so to drive
Dang.. I drive a tractor trailer for a living and should've brought my PC with me and play with you guys in ATS if I got a good internet connection that isn't my phone Hotspot. I bought a few of the DLC maps for ATS and never even tried them and idk how long I'll be out on the road before getting home for a few days.
I also drive truck and we have a VTC. The realistic economy mid still isn’t that realistic, the most I’ve ever gotten is $11 a mile on a load lol
@TERRY 2 GLOCKS appreciate you man, thank you
@@Nickearl1 what do you mean VTC?
Virtual Trucking Company. The one for pickle is in the comments. Southern justice trucking
Buy a gaming laptop
As a receiver on a truck loading bay. Your docking on the first stop was perfect. A bit of an angle will not harm the offload.
8:14 the reason the cars weren’t moving was because of a railroad crossing, you can see the quad gates go down if you look closer
Good driving my man! Hope to see you online! No bull inc. just a few spots ahead of ya.
I lived in Colorado Springs for 24 years and it’s incredible how accurate this sim is the city
Swift stands for “ Sure Wish I Finished Training” 😂
Ever since I became a longshoreman for the port of Baltimore I have a new found respect for over the road truckers. I merge when truckers are on the side and flash my beams to let you know to pass me. We're not all oblivious to the struggle
I severely dislike the AI in this game cuz of the accidents and always merging into ur trucks.. which is y i started running a no damage mod
"we are going to be a true swift driver!" (hits curb)
I've been doing a similar series but with a realistic economy mod, so that makes it super hard to expand but it's really fun
I didn’t know Peter Crouch could drive!
Yo! I live in CO and make this drive all the time and it’s scary how accurate this is!
LOVE IT! Keep it up!
I got ats a bit ago so I am loving this game awesome video keep up the awesome work. I also just got a boom for my microphone just like you.
I live in Pueblo! I literally stumbled across your video, so glad I decided to click it. Crazy how real that looked. You've gained a subscriber sir
Is that lifted Dodge Ram a diesel?
It’s really cool seeing towns that I drive to all the time since ima Coloradan and it’s kinda like I’m on a road trip with my family when I was a kid
I really enjoyed this one. Please Cary on with it
watching drivers back in is literally the best part of it, why would you cut that out?
Wow, I live like 5 minutes from where you were picking everything up in denver and it’s identical.. that’s insane
Love the videos man!
There's an issue with starting and playing until one can afford their own truck. Regardless of taking out a loan as soon as possible, which I didn't want to do. "EVERY TIME" I took a job, having to set the mirror's is a real pain in the area in which one utilizes when they sit. As one who also started with, though I utilized the GDC economy mod. I was eventually forced, when I just couldn't put up with it any longer. The constant mandate of having to adjust the dam mirror's was going to be a game breaker, loving the game, I broke down and took out a loan. Bought my first day cab, adjusted my mirror's, once. The issue now is because I play as realistic as a video game and a few mod's will allow. I've been forced to engage the DEV area, so I can sleep. Because in the real world, if and when driving a day cab, meaning, no sleeper. One cannot log sleep time. And if the DOT check's, you'd better have some upto date hotel or motel receipt's. Toughed it out, put in the miles and have finally got a sleeper.
I really enjoyed the ability to drive any truck, take any load, and go anywhere. But the consitant having to adjust the dam mirror's, each and every time. Almost caused me to retire from the game. Which when I was an actual OTR with an excess of two million mile's. Loved to play after my real retirement.
I am literally from Pueblo it was wild to hear my hometown in your game man! New sub👍🏼!
Its cool watching the facecam with the setup.
Bro I love your commentary.
Good to see the old Viper2 379 alive and well!
Definitely my favorite truck mod
You didn't hit enough cars in that truck to be a swift driver lol. Nice video brother 👍
Do you have a video of your setup!? I’d love to see your steering wheel, pedals, IR, etc. setup.
I'm a Truck dispatcher and i don't know how it is realistic for trucks, AI and etc. But the prices paying for the milages you do on the game are unrealistic. On 1000 miles you get $2000-2500 in real life, other than that it's just a dream.
Should have stated you'd go with harder game mods in the name, not a clickbait. ALL ATS games start with 0 money and 0 trucks. Having a truck in this game is optional and often less profitable since driving your own truck you can only take jobs from the current location, 4-8 jobs, most likely junk. While in Quick Jobs you get a truck, free gas, free toll-booth money, free repairs and you can choose the most juicy jobs anywhere. Like urgent+fragile+important+heavy+double trailer 1500+ km. And it's little challenge, nothing depends on you, you just move from A to B. No impactful decisions. Either you gain enough money or not, you can't affect it. And since you don't need a truck, you don't need to spend anything. So it doesn't matter if you get $400 per day or $100,000.
nice ride, im running the blue Cascadia for the company truck
This game is how Swift finds their new hires
The 389 was and still is my favorite truck in the game have 150+ thousand miles on it but I switched to kenworth W900 recently and gotta say it’s growing on me
"we are gonna be a true swift driver" 😂
The industrial building is the old power plant in downtown across from the soccer field that just shut down
You need to do more videos like this
I love it! But please! Longer videos!
Congrats on the new appartment!!😃
amazing videos, I love all your ats vids, also congrats on the apartment
Great city to go to, Pueblo is. Sure there might be gun shots every night, but that's just the whole city saying good night
Getting that paper where it needs to go!
Make this a series
Can u please do a video on how trucksbook works and if you join the company how to play along with it and everything? Cuz idk how to do everything with that but would like to join
As a guy who lives in CO, the locations are almost realistic
I love your videos the formal pickle
Dang cool mods!! What is the mod for backing into a spot when done with a job the cones are cool as hell!
First look on the thumbnails, I thought that it was the real life Truck Driving, Anyway i love to watch this Simulator Game 🥰
Just came across your videos and channel today! What head tracking do you use? Love the game but I feel like it’s much more enjoyable with the head tracking.
Track IR Pro Clip
How you get the bar across the top of the screen? I like that better than having the big box on the bottom right
YO I LIVE IN PUEBLO this is cool to see my hometown in a game !!
Realistic Fuel Prices.. In 2022.
Truly a mad man.
Love the videos keep up the good work I am an OTR driver myself and play this game alot
Cap you only play the game stop lying your whole channel is just games not real life bruh
I play this in VR. it's crazy
This is crazy realism by the way can’t wait till I get a gaming pc and a set up etc going to work my ass off 🤣🤣
What are you planning on and how much money does it cost
You got some competition for southern justice trucking
Definitely do more
Its like real life with all the traffic
im gonna be honest its currently 12:07 am i just got back from mcdonalds idk why im watching this but its lit lmao
Where'd you pick up that used 389 Pete? I really like the interior.
I like your videos man
I love your video's and just keep it up
While using a wheel, how do you look around in the cockpit in game?
I like the camera view of you.
I like your trucking videos im now trying to start my own co. Do you make any money hauling stuff in game or just do role play?
Traffic merges into me all the time I think it's something with the previous update something ats needs to fix
You're a very good driver
Just curious what info panel thing is up at the top of the screen ....I haven't seen that one on my game
I have like driven those highways, I lived there for years. Route 70, route 25.
The crazy shit that vehicles try to do there is realistic. I have seen vehicles pass on the safety breakdown lane there, among other things. Or just suddenly stop in the middle of the intersection.
Hey do u have any more videos for after the first truck u bought
So the dry van doors open automatically before you back in?
Quick question: how do you get the onscreen overhead display menu thingy? Like the ETA and fuel amount
Look up Sisl route advisor on the steam workshop
Ok great! Thanks!
Hey can u do more of this series
I not sure how I feel about this game. One one hand I used to drive for swift and I miss driving trucks dearly, on the other its like...why would anyone wanna do this irl 😂. Loving this more than h8ing it though hahaha
Hey what is your trackir settings? Mind sharing them so I can use them as template?
I want this game now 😂😂🤓
Kip you ate all the friggin chips!
How does the head tracking movement whatever it’s called work?
first time watchin and your first stop was my home state 💀💀
“WHY AREN’T WE DRIVING?!”
me: I’m sorry, do you not see that red light with the barriers that are coming down?
We need more.
2 minutes in and I call already call out things truckers are not supposed to do. I know your not a trucker just wanted to say right on red in semi is bad news and never change lanes at a intersection. That last one should go for everyone it can save you a lot of damage
What driving setup is that?
I can’t name it off the top of my head cause when I posted this comment it was like 2:30 am but you sound like the dad from king of the hill around the end when the Sysco passes you
im from the east europe and we dont have T cabs around here we have cabovers, but nice video
Great vid
What steering wheel ball are you using if you don’t mind me asking?
I really wish there was a similar game like this on console
I can still smell the factory at 3:30
Sure
Wish
I
Finished
Training
Can you show us how you hooked up your wheel
Hey man, can you tell me what kind of set up you have 😁
Man thank you so much for making this video I LOVE THIS GAME and I have 1k hours on it xD
This traffic mod is accurate for Denver
That Mustang is Eleanor.
