- Singer Wendy Moten took a tumble on stage following her performance on Tuesday’s live episode of ‘The Voice’ on NBC. Wendy, who is a member of Blake Shelton’s team, assured fans she was OK and went on to make the top 10.

Was expecting these entertainment news outlets to cut the part where Blake actually walks back to help Wendy out, even walked with her backstage to make sure she was alright. Anddd my expectations were right! Lol Entertainment Tonight y'all are a joke. If you don't want to post the whole damn video, then at least mention that Blake did go back to help her (fyi - at first he didn't realize someone fell, didn't catch his peripheral vision because of where everyone was standing they were blocking his view). But ik people will still call Blake out based on incomplete information, this fucked up world loves drama, so have at it

@@WilliamStonerock I felt the same way, but I did some digging, and this person is correct. While we see Blake walk off, what they don't show is that he turns around and goes back to her, and does in fact walk off stage with her. It happens after the person with the headset goes up, and whoever did this vid cut out the rest...

Blake was blocked from seeing Wendy fall from other people leaving the stage. He's a very compassionate and caring person. I am glad Wendy is okay. I picked her to win the first time I heard her sing. So much talent this season!

I always wondered if anyone ever fell on the voice stage. I'd been SO embarrassed. I would have laid there like I died.
I'm not sure if this has ever happened to anyone on the Voice but at some point, we've all taken a similar fall on the "stage of life". Yes- this was beyond embarrassing, but the true heros and heroines are those who get up and keep it moving, like in the case of Wendy. I pray that she's physically OK.

Yeah it's clear he was almost down the stairs and back to his seat when she fell. I'm sure it's so loud in there too that he probably only saw the judges faces and knew something was wrong. Hope she's really ok. When you trip like that and your feet/legs are completely trapped it messes you up for sure.

I once tripped in front of a high school…right when school was letting out. To make it all really special, one of my shoes flew off and landed several feet away. I had to get up and walk to the shoe in my sock, put on the shoe and then keep on toward my destination. Did I mention it was in front of high school kids?? Yeah. I'm glad she was okay and I know this was a few months ago. I freaking love her personality because she is so humble and kind. I love that she's confident but not cocky or overconfident. She never showed that at all honestly and that's the truth not an opinion.

Blake did go back and help her. I saw the live show last night. Once he realized she fell, he went right back up on the stage to help. He even walked right next to her as she was going down the steps of the stage as if he was ready to catch her if she fell again. He also made sure that the crew had her to take her the rest of the way backstage before he went back to his seat. They didn't show all of that in this video. But he definitely did go back and help her.
