Just came across this add now,iv been looking for a property for months now and im finding it very hard,a lot of properties have some sort of legal issue even if the agent will not admit it also i have found a lot of ads to be fake click bates once you make an inquiry they say it is sold,three times now iv inquired on properties and strangely enough all told me the same thing that the owners had a medical issue and had to fly back to UK but could i still give my details so they could overload my phone with the most disgusting properties that have nothing to do with what i specified.Of course not all agents behave this way but unfortunately after months of trying iv yet to find a reliable one
Hi, Unfortunately this villa is no longer available. We keep our website updated but we leave our CZcams videos on-line to allow people to see different property types around the area. When this villa was on our site we noted that the property was not 100% legal. You may be finding that if you are looking at low budget properties, which have large plots & 3 or more bedrooms. As a rough guide, a legal property with large plot, swimming pool and 3 or more bedrooms should be nearer 200,000euros or more. If a property like this is as low as 130,000euros then you could safely assume there will be some issue with it. I hope this helps a little. Please keep watching our videos but always refer to our website for availability and we will always be transparent regarding our listings.
Is this a legally built house and do the deeds of the house show a non-demolition order, if you dont answer i will assume its an illegal built propertyso someone else owns the land its been built on ?
@@tonyadams5053 The owner sold the villa privately, hence we were asked to remove it from the market. Unfortunately things like this sometimes happens after we have done photos and a nice video tour. Much more frustrating for us as you can imagine.
