This is my contribution to the human powered PVC warhorn challenge set by the 'Jairus of all' CZcams channel. I decided to go as low cost, easy, and crucially as annoying as possible - this is the result. Measured at over 110dB, this mini horn is really really loud and shrill. The most annoying version is the 8mm equal tee, but it's easy to scale up to most common plumbing sizes that support washers or reducers. I would highly advise either not blowing too hard, or using ear protection.

Thats dedication right there, a piece of art can't be rushed. What would you suggest with a Rubik's cube? I have a first gen one from when they came out, took me months to solve the damn thing.

Thanks DarkWolf, I came up with two other ideas, but they got complicated fast, so I went simple and small in the end. It was much more fun for me that way, and my son could get involved too.

I had the idea to make something similar! Mine was gonna use a foot pump.
Sometimes things dont get built because the thoughts rattle around a bit don't they? I had two other ideas apart from this. A miniature 500 psi air tank version (a lot of work still goes toot). And a flammable gas powered horn (toot with flames). In the end I had most fun with this and my son could join in without being exploded, or burt. Plus anyone that wants their head punched in can make one too. Project done 😂

It would be easier to blow from the other end, it makes a lower pitch sound but it's not as hard to make the sound

Hi Rob nice to see you here pal. I have another Thor's hammer test coming soon, probably next week, then it's time to rest the lawn for a bit. Yes I've seen that video, and the other one he made thats similar, I thought it was a really good build and well filmed. I probably have a couple more ideas for another Thor's hammer build, but there in the development stage now.

use a air compresser to power it
Itscammy with a simple balloon diaphragm you don't need to, it gets to a peak and won't pass. Change the diaphragm for a plastic or thin metal and you would be in business. As this is pretty easy and aggravating, I left it as is ;-)
