I didn't really pay much attention to the cw shows after a certain point, but now I am definitely going to watch Stargirl because some of those costumes are amazing!
@@aaronlogue6281 The script kinda held back the whole movie. I think Dwayne did a good job given what he was working with. Him being the main bad with no Sabbac as the last minute major bad guy would've been great. Also, I really wished that Fate stayed and they explored a bit more of Hawkman's back story since they never mentioned his reincarnation abilities, which means that this version could be mortal? I thought Atom Smasher and Whirlwind were alright tho.

@@aaronlogue6281 He doesn't have his pointy ears all of the time in the comics (even the Injustice games doesn't depict him with the ears). I do think that they would've set him up as a dictator of sorts if the sequel did move forward, otherwise how would Superman and Black Adam fight? (which is what The Rock wanted for the characters to do). Adam not being in Shazam 1 is kinda good since they could explore the other villains that Shazam has while building up Adam as the big bad in the series (there is a deleted scene that is canon since the early promos of Black Adam used that scene. There is a hologram scene in the Shazam movie in which it is very obvious that the character was Black Adam), but they dropped Mr. Mind (who was teased in Shazam 1) for original villains for Shazam 2 and Shazam 3's fate is up in the air right now with Gunn deciding whether or not if the actor and that version of the character would stay or not. We know that Adam played by The Rock isn't coming back (for now).

This is my personal opinion about the rank of live-action incarnations of the JSA (from best to worst) 1. Justice Society of America (Stargirl) 2. Justice Society of America (Smallville) 3. Justice Society (DCEU) 4. Justice Society of America (Arrowverse)
When I was a kid and reading comic books in the 70's, I was always drawn to the Earth 2 comics from DC. I was always different, so I was fascinated by how they had these different versions of super heroes like Green Lantern who wore red and purple. It wasn't until I was older that I realized that they were the originals. My dream is that before I die, they make a Justice Society show set in the 40's.
Well good luck In the mean time you could read the new JSA comic who is kinda a time travel story And Stargirl: the lost children who talks about missing sidekicks (some who were actual golden age characters and some who are completely new)
Can you make a jsa cinematic universe? If you do your allowed to use the trinity but as minor roles and beging a bit older (Michele Keaton, Lynda carter, dean cane) also batman uses guns it's earth 2
Black Canary from Legend of the Superheroes would be Dinah Drake (Lance). There was only one BC at that point. The mother/daughter retcon was done in the 80s.

Stargirl was technically not a CW show. It just migrated there once DC Unvierse was shot down.

Stargirl is underrated af. It’s insane how many teen characters dc has that could be huge but they don’t do anything with.
Dr. fate was also in Stargirl (cameo), Black Adam (big role) and Constantine (Helmet easer egg).

Red tornado was on Supergirl as a villain as wel. Idk if that counts
just because you didnt hear about them after that doesnt mean they havent done anything after.
