Download the images and try it out! The original paper size should be 11 X 17. Be sure to print at 100%. Do not resize. If you don't have 11 X 17, you can try scaling down the images to 8 1/2 X 11. But the results may not be as good.

I've always wanted to try another one of these videos so here it is. There is no trick editing or cuts. All of the objects are just prints, except for the objects that are off to the sides.

The camera was too light to be real, and I knew the mirror was going to be flat but that the cup next to it was real because it had the reflection. And I also saw the hat coming, but NOT the table. I love that part!

The first was amazing. This one was even better and gave my mind problems with dat ending. Keep up the amazing work, and i would LOVE more of these anamorphic illusions.
Pretty cool, but I have a question: wouldn't this technique only work at a certain angle? For instance, if you did a direct overhead view, wouldn't the dimensions be skewed?

This is very mind blowing! I can't believe that you can do stuff like this. I mean, every time I looked at the object it looked real, but then you would always spin it around... AND ITS ON PAPER. And at the end, I freaked out when you took of the whole "desk" which was also a paper! I subbed and liked, this is just so AMAZING!

What printer do you use? I need one that gives me such amazing quality O_O
They are not prints on any paper, they are photographs, made with photographic paper and a darkroom development process

Would be very cool to see this done with illustrations or sketches, to see what our brains do with the clashing stimuli.
When rotating the "mirror-rubik" image, the red plastic cup on the left is also real.
You can tell by the reflections on it, while rotating the image.
Adobe After Effects CC,although it is possible in Adobe Premiere Pro.Someone in the other editors will do. On a normal monitor,you can see a rough patch.

I got used to these illusions. They're cool but I prefer something new and different. I know it's difficult to find new cool glitches in our universe but If I continue to see this kind of perspective based illusions I'm will for sure get tired of them one day.
