I started my first business in lockdown during first wave of covid.
I was never interested in teaching but we ended u creating a company to teach kids coding.
All this was done with a time bound approach.
In 21 days we targetted forst paying customers

out of curiosity why would someone pre-order? i don't know if money changes hands at pre-order time or just credit card information but either way why would someone do so? also wouldn't you need to have a prototype to show them before they order?
