- This week I am trying to convert the ever splendid Honk for Citra IPA down to a pale ale/session IPA. The aim here is get down to between 4.5 and 4.7% using Citra mainly in partnership with Centennial instead of Cascade this time with WLP644 as the yeast.

The quality of the brew video is a bit crap as I couldn't use the normal camera that day and it really shows. Normal service has resumed by the end.

Tie a wee bit of elastic cord to your whisk and to the handle of the Grainfather and then you'll not have to worry about dropping it.
Looks a belter beer too, I like that level of haze like it's not quite NEIPA but... I dunno like an oldie IPA. I'm guessing it's probably not as bitter as the old IPAs... just onto the tasting. Maybe it is bitter like an old ipa... I'm intrigued now 😁

Bitterness would of been caused by the chill cube.
@@AndrewLynch9 yeah that could be it. Still not sure about those centennial hops as the other versions used cascade. Will know next time.
Where did you get your giant whisk from? Been looking for one for ages!😀
