The outside looks like a fortified artillery/ammo bunker while the inside looks sterile. Doesn't have any charm or personality. Villas usually have quite the Italian personality to them.
Even if I were looking for a holiday rental, at the Riviera, I would search for a more visually appealing place.

da studente di architettura, spero di non incontrare chi ha fatto queste 2 case, letteralmente hanno cercato di mettere di tutto in spazzi risicati senza usare a pieno lo spazio dato, nella prima casa, si poteva usare molto più spazio sotto i terrazzamenti per allargare di più lo spazio interno di 2/3 metri (che è veramente claustrofobico) il bagno padronale, inguardabile, ok elementi minimalisti ma quello non è un bagno padronale per una villa che verrà venduta a milioni di euro, lo spazio esterno, letteralmente spoglio, un'area coperta esterna, pergolata con pilastri col lo stesso stile della casa per dare continuità?? una cucina esterna / barbecue? area lettini vicino piscina buttata a caso, usare i terrazzamenti per implementare aree come spa, area fitness/palestra, area svago, cantina garage etc....???? c'è letteralmente terrazzamenti alti quanto un piano di un edificio inutilizzati, creavi aree aggiuntive a scomparsa dentro il terreno da cui vedevi solo le porte esterne forse anche senza collegamenti alla casa principale perché se no sarebbe stato molto più caotico, solo entrata dall'esterno sarebbe stata sufficiente. la seconda casa, letteralmente inguardabile, spero che sia un restauro di una casa precedente perché lo spazio interno è disorganizzato e risicato, stanze terribili come il salotto, cavolo! fallo più grande, non mettere una finestra divisa in 4 che rovina la vista, perché è stata usata una pallet di colori diversa? è una cosa che non dovrebbe esserci! lo spazio interno già dalla cucina alla sala pranzo e le scale è una giocata stupida, (ribadisco che spero sia un restauro, case con una disposizione interna come questa solo agli inizi del 900 le facevano, un'accozzaglia di stanze messe a caso) finestre inguardabile che rovinano la vista, camere da hotel con spazio risicato, bagno con finestre grandi 20x20, il corridoio sotto scala... che che cagata avete fatto? una cosa che non ha senso di esistere! invece di fare di ville separate ne facevi una divisa in 2 con servizi in comune, giostrando al meglio lo spazio e rendendolo unico, non privo di dettagli come è stato fatto. tra tutte le case viste in questo canale è una delle peggiori, non in fatto di estetica o arredamento, ma per la poca non curanza di quello che si viene dato e di quello che si può ottenere....
Como estudiante de arquitectura yo también pensé que era una restauración por el espacio interior, pero me parece que la nueva tendencia es tiny y minimalista para minimizar mantenimiento. También me hubiera gustado ver más áreas externas

I really like it. The views are to die for, and I like the colour schemes that have been chosen. I also love the stone work, and all of the gathering/dining/entertainment areas. It's lovely all round
It's looks quite new, and the garden maybe needs a few years for some of the plants to mature, but that's not a bad thing.
I'd add in an area to grow some more vegetables - tomatoes, onions, maybe a few other things to go along with the herbs that are there, and maybe make an irrigation system, if that was needed. I'd also add in solar panels (around Bordighera we'd be facing somewhere from SE to SW, so more or less perfect for solar) and some battery storage to keep electricity costs to a minimum.

The clarity of that ocean water is stunning to look at. I could see the rocks at the bottom from the property. This property seems so peaceful, and I love all the stone work. I wonder if the owner would have access to a gardener and maid so they don't have to maintain it and could spend their time just relaxing and enjoying the environment.

I don’t know. I didn’t feel the Italian charm in that place as in prior showings. But it still was a modern masterpiece. I felt a strange sensation at the beginning of the video as you were walking from right to left in front of the pool. I thought you were going to turn into a peacock. It was your gait. I got tickled by my own stupid brain!.
A lot of wasted space, sterile, no natural materials used (wood/ stone) small and neighbors looking directly in from all sides. All superficial, cold and cheap looking. Not somewhere I visit to drink a cup of coffee voluntarily. Lol Stefanie 🍮
