Stefanie this property has to be one of the most luxurious I have seen in the collection of videos, Italy is truly amazing for scenery and been as one with nature, I could see myself here watching the world go by at a snails pace and recharging the batteries, some lucky sole gets to live that life and that property I hope they take in every single moment and realise how lucky they are, great tour onto the next clip. 🥰🥰🥰

STEFANIE, great to see you again with another superb tour, you are really great in what you do, and btw love the trademark "check it out"😊 to begin every tour!! This Ischia property has a stunning setting not only the STUNNING clifftop Sea views, but the gardens and landscaping and above all the mature trees. But then the added bonus of being able to walk down or the funicular to sea level and be able to kayak etc!! The Villa itself on first glance is not really imposing, would rather maybe something in a stone exterior, however the interiors to me are really great and have the modern feel balanced with traditional features. The KITCHEN is the showstopper, Love it!! always wanted that type of industrial kitchen, though my limited cooking skills would pale beside it😅, would probably have to have a professional chef there to do it justice!!😂Keep up the great tours and beside the stunning setting you are also always so captivating in your presentation in every video🙂

Ciao Stefanie! What a beautiful property. Any chance of a tour from top of the terrace all the way down to the private beach or from the elevator on the way down? That pathway and landscaping looks like it came out of a dream. The kitchen, although not beautiful, definitely well equipped. Chefs must love working there. Interior of the home needs a little refresh.

I was thinking at the start, what a nice driveway and all that parking - do many people drive on the island? Maybe car ferries? Such an amazing place regardless. Love that area of Italy. The kitchen is cool but lots of house dedicated to it. Does make sense as a boutique hotel to take advantage of that.
Yes the people that live on the island drive a car, let's say that the best way to get around is by scooter. It is a stunning property, surrounded by such natural beauty that the island has to offer! - Stefanie

Quit it! These videos are too addicting! The camera work, the post-edit and of course Stephanie just makes you believe than anyone of us could call her up and say "I'LL BUY IT!!" 😂 I cannot figure out if Stephanie is an ex-pat that speaks perfect Italian or an Italian that speaks perfect English. Ignoring the clearly outdated decor, this property is truly spectacular! The views, decent size on-suite rooms, and large outdoor spaces would make this an amazing small hotel. Could even grown some of your own food in gardens along the terraces on the slope.
