The way you talk about your team really shows what a good manager you are. It's important to care about those under your guidance and it seems like you do. Way to be a good example!
Ludwig, please consider making a streaming channel for the team where they play non-competitive games. I (and a lot of other people I think) don't feel like I know any of the players, and seeing them be silly and have fun on other random games would make me more inclined to root for them in their competitions :))
especially since they have to practice A LOT, if they can livestream some of that practice, or just playing for fun, the audience can get to know the team, & the team can earn donations & maybe make a bit of money too.

I personally like saying moist moguls
its a dumb name for a few reasons. First off, Nobody says the word Mogul lol. well thats really basically it lol, it also feels pretentious. ludwig was calling himself mogul something for a while i remember before he was big one streaming or when he just started he had a smashers wearing his merch and this before he was selling it. He thinks hes like Mr hollywood, i dont mind him but eh, hes about money lol its always clearly been that, hes a passionate guy yeah but every scene ive seen him in hes managed to somehow make money off of, even in the smash scene with the mogul merch like i was saying he wasnt even a good smash player, he first off didnt come off like any of the other nerdy smashers it seemed like he was trying to capitalize on its growth after the 2013 melee documentary, because id be really curious to know if he was into melee before that. It was a pretty small scene.

A big part of what makes any team in any competition or sport popular is the community. In normal sports, its through a local team where you see and interact with their brand a lot. In individual sports, its through a personality. In ESports teams, they’ve had neither for a while, with the exceptions being Cloud9, Faze, Optic etc. who created a community through their players and YT. But that’s slowly faded with as you say, players moving between teams consistently. So you need to build a solid community somehow, Influencer community building seems like it works well, but in the long haul, I’m not certain this will work unless the community can successfully switch for a Lud to a Moistmoguls. Will be interesting to observe.

i think if this is going to get any real hype, youtube themselves need to push it. you ARE that branch as of right now, so dont overstretch until you know you can keep it going profitably to the majority of people involved. my honest opinion is to make "youtube on tour" and do some cool esports/mma/boardgames/whatever you want because you were right about the driving point of the channel, YOU. keep having fun and we'll be here with you.
Hey lud, you should really make CZcams videos on each match to drawl in more views for the team. If you cover the games people will be more infested in watching the streams live. Bc in my personal experience I care about the team winning but not enough to watch the steam all the time, but I saw the “last game” in the title and thought to watch it after hearing the team has been winning. Kinda like not watching any the games but watching the play offs, which I feel like most people now of days do. Love your content, I hope you start making videos on your main of the games

You guys need some kind of web-based app that shows stats, highlights, replays, and streams the live games. One of the major problems with esports (traditional sports was very slow at this, too) is that they haven't embraced the internet like a modern company would.
great idea, if i had this app i would absolutely put more effort into being in tune with all the moist mogul esport stuff, if it’s all in one place why not right?

Hey Lud, as a casual viewer I'd be way more likely to watch big matches or costreams if there was a narrative associated with MxMs journey. Like maybe even a youtube short a week before that introduces their opponents and contextualizes the match in the greater bracket. And also if there's an intro video that introduces us to each member of the team, their skills, and backstory I haven't seen it. That would be good place to include the play off structure and pacing of the season too. Think like how they introduce athletes and their four year journeys to new viewers in a few mins during the Olympics so everyone is invested

I think a title and thumbnail that are exaggerating a little bit are fine, but if they are just straight up lying I hate it so much.
I think at some point CZcamsrs were quite careful with clickbait because I think a lot of clickbait was getting reported as spam (I guess rightfully so, if you read the spam policy). Nowadays I see a trend towards more and more lying, so I guess they don't get reported as much anymore. Or CZcams has become more lax with it.

I think the merch is more something you’d wear versus what the average fan would like. I really like watching MXM and it’s finally given me a bridge into really watching esports. I think the design is cool, but personally, I think it’s a better design for something else. I think more of a blue and black would be better than the white and blue on that specific one, I’d prob buy that. Maybe I’m the minority on this one, but hope the feedback helps.
