Top 50 Junior Eurovision Songs Most Successful in Televoting (2003-2021)

  • 2003-2007 editions used only the televote. Since 2008, the voting system was 50/50 between the jury and televote (or online vote since 2017). Excluding 2008-2013 when the split scores weren't published, and 2016 when the audience didn't vote.
Automatic 12 points which were given to every entry in 2005-2007, were excluded. The televote/online vote scores were divided by the sum of all televote/online vote points given that year.
If there's a draw, the placement in the contests is the tie-breaker. If there's still a draw, the entry with the earlier running order is placed higher.

Like in the last video, I used the percentage of total points for the televote or, since 2017, online vote.

The percentage score reported for online voting is incorrect. Theoretically, in 2020 for example, the maximum number of points to be scored is 696. However, the requirement was to give votes to at least three songs. So it was impossible to get 696, and the maximum score to achieve was 232 in the viewer vote.

I didn't use the maximum possible score but the total tele/online vote points. I tried both options and this one looks fairer.

Actually there were 697 online voting points to give in 2020. Do you know from where is that one point?

@@bobekspekiel9890 An odd number of points from spectators should not be possible. Because since 12 countries took part, each gives a total of 58 points, which when added together gives a score of 696. However, the viewer vote actually gave out a total of 697 points that year, meaning that the votes from the jury and viewers were not equal.
